A change

OK so I am going to follow the simply filling technique for a while. Which is basically a list of healthy filling foods, that you can eat until you are satisfied and not have to count points (unless its something not off the list, then it comes from the weekly 49) so bread I have to count, but I don't eat a lot of it anyway. It is like the old core plan which I loved.
